Refund policy

Return Policy:

 

We only accept returns and refunds for new and unused products. Your refund will be processed after the return is delivered at our warehouse and must take place within 15 days of receipt of shipment. If it's manufactured defective, we'll provide a free return service for customers within 15 days of receipt of shipment. If it's not manufactured defective reason to return, we can provide a pre-paid return label for you first. However, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund later.

 

Return & Refund Conditions:

 

Please read the following conditions carefully, if the conditions are not met, Powersmart reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

Powersmart cannot accept a return or provide a refund for the item if the following occurs:

 

●        The product is damaged due to customer error or improper maintenance within 15 days.

●        The product contains a large amount of oil or gasoline residue.

●        The product was purchased from another company outside of Powersmart or Amazon (e.g. Walmart, Home Depot, Menards, Lowe’s, etc. customers must contact the retailer directly for a refund or exchange)

 

How to Complete the Return Process:

All returned products must be shipped back in original packaging, containing all original components. Once the shipping label has been emailed to you, we will request a copy of the tracking number for verification. Upon the arrival of the return, it will be checked for compliance and a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

Delayed or Lost Refund:

 

If you have not received the refund within 5 business days, please check your bank statements or contact your bank for verification. Please set aside at least 7 business days for credit card payments, as the credit line may take additional time to reverse on your credit card statement. If you still have not received a refund after the 7th day, then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to officially release but may have been posted as a pending deposit. Warranty Replacement Policy:

 

Powersmart will replace (at the expense of PowerSmart) any Powersmart products that have a manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved with parts or repairs within the applicable warranty period. The replacement product will undertake the remaining warranty coverage period from your original purchase date.

 

Consumer’s Warranty Policy:        

 

The warranty for the Powersmart product is limited to the original consumer’s purchase date and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owner.
