We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 US states on most products. (Excludes accessories and parts.)

1) When placing an order, please fill in the delivery address clearly as required，do not fill in the PO Box address,. After the order is paid, the warehouse will take 1-2 days to process your order. You will be notified once your order has shipped.
2) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival (3~5 days to arrive). However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
3) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service within 30 days of placing the order to verify. For other order, product, and logistics related questions, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.
