I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of the PowerSmart 24-Inch Self-Propelled Gas Snow Blower, delivered on Friday, December 6, 2024. Upon unboxing, I was met with a disheartening scene: broken plastic parts strewn about, loose nuts and pins, and both sides of the front metal bent. I even found a loose nut taped to the inside of the packaging tape.
These issues are indicative of substandard packaging, which seems to be a recurring problem. Despite these setbacks, I attempted to assemble the machine, only to find that critical bolts necessary for installing the tires were missing.
I emailed PowerSmart regarding this issue, requesting the necessary spare parts to complete assembly, and received back a template to fill out. No sorry for your inconvenience, no anything. It also takes them days to respond. The lack of customer support is unacceptable.
As of now, I am unable to use the snow blower as it remains inoperable without the critical components.
