  • Professional/Commercial use: 90 days

 

 

 

 

✅ What’s Covered

 

 

  • Defects in material or workmanship (not normal wear and tear)

  • Seller’s obligation: Repair or replace defective parts (at their discretion)

 

 

 

 

❌ What’s NOT Covered

 

 

  • Normal wear parts (e.g., blades, drive belts, grass bags)

  • Damage due to misuse, improper repairs by unauthorized centers, or contaminated fuel (e.g., carburetor issues from stale fuel)

  • Accessories (e.g., saw blades)

  • Maintenance replacement parts

 

 

 

 

📦 Claim Requirements

 

 

  • Return the entire product with prepaid shipping

  • Include a legible copy of the original receipt (showing purchase date and retailer)

  • No receipt = warranty void

 

 

 

 

⚠️ Limitations

 

 

  • No coverage for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits)

  • Implied warranties (if applicable) are limited to 2 years

  • Some U.S. states/Canadian provinces may override certain exclusions
