Powersmart Limited Warranty Statement
TWO (2) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
PowerSmart is dedicated to producing reliable tools designed for long-term use. Our warranties reflect our commitment to quality and durability. PowerSmart ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser that all consumer power tools will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Gas powered units: Any product powered by a gasoline engine has a two (2) year engine warranty and one (1) year product warranty.
If the tool is used for professional or commercial purposes, the warranty period is ninety (90) days.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Under this Two (2) Year Limited Warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, the sole obligation of the Seller and the exclusive remedy for the purchaser is the repair or replacement of defective parts without charge. This warranty applies only to products that have not been misused, improperly handled, or repaired by unauthorized service location.
To process a warranty claim for defects in materials or workmanship, the original purchase receipt (indicating date of purchase and retailer information) is required. To register your product or file a claim, contact us at support@powersmartusa.com.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must maintain, operate, and store their PowerSmart products according to the provided instruction manual. If a warranty issue arises, the product should not be operated until it has been inspected by an authorized PowerSmart service center.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- The product has not been misused, improperly handled, or incorrectly repaired.
- The product has been used reasonably, considering normal wear and tear.
- The product was not used for rental purposes.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Malfunctions due to age and natural wear.
- Repairs performed using non-OEM parts.
- Use of unauthorized accessories.
- Rental replacements while the unit is out of service.
- Failures due to lack of proper maintenance.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
Parts purchased directly from PowerSmart are covered for 6 months from the purchase date or for the remainder of the product’s warranty, whichever comes first.
A legible copy of the original receipt (showing the date and retailer name) must be included with any claim.
WARRANTY & PRORATED REFUNDS
If PowerSmart cannot provide a timely repair, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund.
BATTERY WARRANTY
All PowerSmart batteries are covered by a 12-month prorated warranty.
EXCLUSIONS FROM LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover:
- Accessories or wear items such as circular saw blades, augers, scrapers, lawnmower blades, or replacement parts listed under the maintenance section of the instruction manual.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any implied warranties are limited to two (2) years from the purchase date. Some U.S. states and Canadian provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
PowerSmart is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) resulting from the use of this product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty grants specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state, province, or country.
PowerSmart reserves the right to modify this warranty policy, adjust coverage periods, or discontinue products without prior notice.
