The ordering process was fine. I just received the wrong belt cover. How can I return it for the correct cover?

Wrong part for my 170CC self-propelled lawn mower.

This is the second time the website has told me the wrong parts for my machine. Why is it so difficult to find the correct part to fix a $400 lawnmower that broke on the very first use?

There are two belt covers shown for my lawn mower model, B8621S, but neither one fits.

I must have received the wrong part on order #38241 witch was a drive belt cover for a B8621s, it does not fit this mower. A I know the description of the parts stated that it fit this model
