4. Check the engine for oil ingress - The engine may have too much oil ingress during repeated starting and the spark plug cannot produce a good spark, resulting in the machine not starting. Please open the air filter, check for gas, remove the filter element and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

5. Press the ignition bulb - When starting the engine for the first time, please press and release the ignition bulb 3 times.

5. Please open the air filter, check whether there is gasoline on the filter, if so, you need to replace the filter (we can send you a replacement or free of charge), remove the filter, take out the sponge, and dry the gasoline in the sun; then install the dried filter before starting the engine, if the filter is very wet it will prevent the air from entering the cylinder, and the condition of stalling and not being able to start will occur.
6. Check whether the carburetor is clogged or not, you can clean the carburetor (if the engine is not used for a long time, the gasoline in the carburetor will evaporate and concentrate into a gel, which will clog the carburetor).
7. Press the ignition bulb - When starting the engine for the first time, press and release the ignition bulb 3 times.

The machine can be pulled, but can not start, mainly for the following reasons:

1. ignition problems, that is, bad spark plugs, carbon deposits may affect the ignition, you can remove the spar.plug to check, but also available gasoline to clean the burnt parts.

2. fuel line problems, from the gasoline tank to the fuel line, carburetor whether the oil supply is smooth. Check whether the fuel line valve is open; loosen the carburetor screws, release a small portion of gasoline, so that the carburetor can be cleaned.

3. Circuit problems, check whether the flameout switch is intact, whether it is in the starting position.

4. Oil problems, many gasoline engines with oil alarm device, that is, no oil, oil is too low, the engine can not start, so spin down the oil scale, check whether the oil is enough.

5. air supply problems, check whether the air filter is clean, if very dirty will affect the air supply, resulting in failure to start. So remove the air filter and clean or replace it.

Can not be started because the machine can not be pulled, mainly due to the following reasons:

1. start pull disk failure: remove the start pull disk, pull the start pull rope, check:
2. 1, the rope can be pulled; 2, the rope can be pulled under the circumstances, the pawl can be extended.
If the two are normal, it is good to start pulling the disk; as long as there is an abnormality, it shows that the pulling the disk is bad, you need to replace the pulling the disk assembly.
3. Cylinder block internal embrace, stuck (may be due to the cylinder block internal oil or lack of oil running caused by), need to replace the engine.

1. The engine model has a fuel pipe connected to the air filter element at the fuel tank port, if the gasoline is overfilled, the gasoline will flow into the air filter element through this pipe, thus leaking oil.

Handling method:①Gasoline must not be added to the full tank mouth;

②Open the filter element, take out the sponge and dry the gasoline in the sun;

③Install the dried filter element and then start the engine. If the filter element is wet, it will prevent the air from entering the cylinder, and you will not be able to start the engine.

2. Loose carburetor screwsLoosen the oil drain bolt, then check the dipstick to drain some of the oil. The drain bolt number in the owner's manual is 303020518. you can find the enclosed owner's reference manual.

3. Seal failureIf oil leakage occurs when the engine is shut down, faulty seals (bushings, o-rings, seals and washers) should be the most likely cause.

Possible faults:

① Horizontal shaft (product model H series)
1.Belt damaged or detached, need to repair or replace
2.Tensioner pulley is badly worn, tensioner pulley tension spring is broken or detached, etc., need to be repaired or replaced
3.The blade is loose, and the connection with the blade holder is slipping. Reinstall the blade and blade holder, and tighten the blade bolts.
4.The flat key that connects and positions the blade holder and engine output shaft is broken or peeled off, resulting in the output shaft not being able to drive the blade to run together. The output shaft needs to be replaced.

② Vertical shaft (Product model R series)
1. The blade is loose and the connection with the knife seat slips. It is necessary to reinstall the blade and the blade holder and tighten the blade bolts.
2. The flat key that connects and locates the blade holder and the engine output shaft is broken or peeled off, resulting in the output shaft not being able to drive the blade to run together, and needs to be replaced.

Adding too much oil or starting the machine after it has been tilted can cause the oil and gasoline to mix together, creating smoke, see below for how to deal with this:

Starting bulb will not deliver gas to the engine:

The fuel line connecting the starter bulb to the carburetor is not connected, cracked, etc., and needs to be reconnected or replaced.

White smoke
Usually smoke is produced because
It is because the engine is not in a horizontal position, causing the oil to enter the cylinder and burn, resulting in smoke. Therefore, the engine should not be tilted too much when working.
Solution:
1, remove the spark plug, wipe the head metal parts clean;
2、Check the oil dipstick to see if the oil level is in a reasonable range; if the oil level is appropriate, continue to start the engine and make it run for a period of time to see if the smoke is reduced or disappears.

Black smoke

Generally, black smoke is caused by insufficient combustion and difficult air intake.

Solution：

1. Remove the spark plug and wipe the metal part of the head clean; disconnect the oil circuit of the machine and pull the starter by hand to discharge the residual waste oil in the cylinder.

2.Open the air filter, take out the sponge inside and clean the accumulated gasoline inside before installing and using.

Solution:

1, Remove the belt cover inside the base and check if the belt is intact (there is a video on Amazon);

2、Disassemble the rear wheel to check whether the transmission gear is intact;.

3、If you exclude the above problems, it is the problem of the self-propeller, we will apply for repair and replace the self-propeller for you.

Or Typically, if the self-propulsion function stops working, it is related to the drive belt coming off the pulley system under the round deck housing.

1. remove the control cable end from the operating lever and top tube; and

2. Loosen the screws on the rear seat and base to separate the rear seat from the base; and

3. Remove the other end of the control cable from the connection of the self-propelled vehicle.

4. Pull out the removed cable from the hole of the rear seat.

5. Install the new control cable in the order of 4→1 . After the installation is completed, you need to adjust the tubular thread structure on the cable to adjust the tightness of the cable.

The gasoline mower is not equipped with speed adjustment function, the self-propelled speed of the mower is in the range of 3.6~4.1km/h.

1. Whether it touches hard objects such as stones, water pipes, etc. during the mowing process;

2. The grass collection port is blocked, and it can't get out the broken grass, which causes the blade to be overloaded;

3. The moving parts rubbing against the immovable parts due to external force.

1. First remove the blade bolts as well as the blade, belt protection cover and adapter so that the pulley can be fully accessed.

2. you must pull the belt over the pulley first and then pull the drive assembly securely.

3. Next, turn the unit back onto the wheels and push the unit forward to turn the pulleys and the belt will be secured to the pulley system. 

4.Turn the unit back onto its side and then reattach the adapter, blade and bolts to the unit accordingly. Tighten the bolts and you are ready to go!

1. disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor to the fuel tank;

2. remove the carburetor and loosen the drain bolt at the bottom to release any residual gasoline;

3. Remove the main internal fittings (gauge hole, float, fuel nozzle);
