Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.
To cancel, simply click “View My Order” in your order confirmation email, or log in on our website using the email address you used to place the order, then click “Cancel Order” on the order page.
After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to receive it, you may refuse the delivery.
Once the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product price minus the shipping and handling fees.
We only accept returns and refunds for new and unused products. Your refund will be processed after the return is delivered to our warehouse and must be received within 30 days of shipment.
• If the product is manufactured defective, we will provide a free return service for customers within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, we can provide a prepaid return label first, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• For accessories/parts, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please read the following conditions carefully. If the conditions are not met, Powersmart reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
Powersmart cannot accept a return or provide a refund for the item if the following occurs:
● The product is damaged due to customer error or improper maintenance within 30 days.
● The product contains a large amount of oil or gasoline residue.
If you meet the guidelines for the return/refund, please follow the steps:
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue.
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
All returned products must be shipped back in original packaging, containing all original components.
If you have not received the refund within 5 business days, please check your bank statements or contact your bank for verification. Please set aside at least 7 business days for credit card payments, as the credit line may take additional time to reverse on your credit card statement. If you still have not received a refund after the 7th day, then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to officially release but may have been posted as a pending deposit.
