Snow Blower Parts - Brass Gear, Stock #303090033

This company can not keep up with there equipment needing parts, for over three months I requested a worn gear part 303090033 and company mentioned its on back order, I was also told the winter parts have not been shipped to the suppliers to accommodate each of their customers and there's no date as to when they will be receiving any parts. This is so ridiculous and frustrating.... I'm forced to discard this snow blower for such an inexpensive item and move on to more reliable unit with a company that can backup there products when parts are needed.
