📅 Coverage Period

Home Use 2 years from the purchase date
Professional / Commercial Use 90 days from the purchase date

 

✅ What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. PowerSmart’s obligation is to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.

❌ What’s NOT Covered

  • Normal wear parts (e.g., blades, drive belts, grass bags)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper repairs by unauthorized service centers
  • Carburetor/engine issues due to contaminated or stale fuel
  • Accessories (e.g., saw blades)
  • Regular maintenance and replacement parts

 

📦 Warranty Claim Requirements

  1. Return the entire product with prepaid shipping.
  2. Include a legible copy of the original purchase receipt showing the purchase date and retailer.
  3. Claims without proof of purchase will be voided.

⚠️ KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase.

⚠️ Limitations

  • No coverage for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
  • Any implied warranties, if applicable, are limited to two (2) years.
  • Certain exclusions may not apply in some U.S. states or Canadian provinces.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
