📅 Coverage Period

| Professional / Commercial Use | 90 days from the purchase date |
✅ What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. PowerSmart’s obligation is to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.
❌ What’s NOT Covered
- Normal wear parts (e.g., blades, drive belts, grass bags)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper repairs by unauthorized service centers
- Carburetor/engine issues due to contaminated or stale fuel
- Accessories (e.g., saw blades)
- Regular maintenance and replacement parts
📦 Warranty Claim Requirements
- Return the entire product with prepaid shipping.
- Include a legible copy of the original purchase receipt showing the purchase date and retailer.
- Claims without proof of purchase will be voided.
⚠️ KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase.
⚠️ Limitations
- No coverage for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
- Any implied warranties, if applicable, are limited to two (2) years.
- Certain exclusions may not apply in some U.S. states or Canadian provinces.
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
