21'' 144cc Gas Push 2-in-1 Lawn Mower V8721C

Purchased one of these lawn mowers at Walmart, very basic mower, after about 6 months of using, front of mower was dragging the ground, put up on work bench and found the front black deck piece was plastic and had broken away from the metal mower frame, called PowerSmart to get quote of part, was told , no parts in the States, was on order but no idea when it would get here, still waiting to see when it would be loaded in China on ship, could not get on list so when part came in I could get it, called every month and 8 months later It was in stock and double the price, this is not recent it was 2 1/2 years ago, I made my own patch an it works great but see this plastic piece failing again in the future, it is plastic , it was designed to fail and make you order parts or buy another mower, motor runs great , it's just a pain in the butt to drag mower backwards to cut the grass

It was almost all put together! Works great.

so far no issues with the mower , I bought it out of need for a property that I just had purchased, the yard was not maintained during the purchase time so the grass was about 8 inches high, the mower took the load in time.

I ordered on line. My mower came promptly and with minimal setup. My lawn had gone crazy and was knee high, so I set it high and it went through like a champ. Very pleased with its performance.

Great lawn mower have had it two years now and it does a wonderful job. Starts right up first or second pull. Would buy again.
