I used it a few times and loved it before it completely fell apart. Back flap broke off, side discharge clip broke, handle screw fell off never to be seen again, and the battery won’t stay engaged. Complete lemon and waste of money. Can’t even find replacement parts. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Battery does not last. I have a very small yard and couldn't cut half of the back yard before the battery drained. I can't locate an additional battery. Even Powersmart doesn't show one on their website. They have a 20v but not a 40v battery.
