I have not used it yet but it appears great in the price. Well built and sturdy, installation was easy and instructions were clear. Only complaint & reason behind 4 star is the shipping issue. Item arrived damaged, not major still do not expect for a new item. One cable is cut, and rubbed, sctrached at few other spots.

This is the second time the website has told me the wrong parts for my machine. Why is it so difficult to find the correct part to fix a $400 lawnmower that broke on the very first use?
Once you received the parts your process of getting them to the customer was very timely. The question to ask is why did you run out of the bearings in the first place.

Ordered parts that I found listed in the manual that came with the mower, that said the parts fit the mower, parts did not fit the mower. When contacting PowerSmart I could only chat with a bot who does not recognize pictures. So, now I have to return the parts, and I have to PAY to return the parts due to the return policy which states since I bought the parts the MOWER MANUAL SAYS ARE CORRECT but are the wrong parts, the customer will be refunded the amount minus shipping. So I pay to ship to me, pay to ship wrong things back, pay to have maybe right parts shipped to me, may end up paying to ship them back? Won't buy another mower from them.

Again, y'all don't answer the phones! I've been trying to reach y'all for several weeks. I received the parts, but the small tension pulley needs a sleeve and ,,,,, you don't answer them phone. And it's to hard to figure out the web page.

There were two belt covers available for my mower and I obviously bought the wrong one because it doesn't fit. It seems like there should only be one for each model.
Really pleased with response to my order for a replacement part for my mower. Sent a request with no part number only my number on the user manual and only less than san hour I received an Email what I needed to purchase my part. Thank you for helping me and, love my mower. At 84 so much easier following the mower rather than pushing makes cutting grass simple. Walter D
