I have moved to Italy and my lawnmower came with me. Easy start height adjustment all I do is guide it and the job is done. I am extremely satisfied with this product.
I purchased my lawnmower less than a year ago yesterday I noticed that the self propelled feature stopped working. After about 30 minutes of filling up the tank a second time the mower no longer would remain started. I could understand if it was just mine however the same issue happened with my family members that has the same mower.

Not impressed. Should actually sell what is on the picture and not some redone version that's not remotely a belt cover.
This company really doesn't help with customer service or parts. I didnt get an answer for more than a month. And the solution was for me to try again in a couple months. My machine won't last that long lol. The part I need isn't even in the manual. Don't expect help if you have any issues with their products.
I ordered the mower/trimmer combo, the trimmer shipped first and I got it. Now the label for the mower was printed on the tenth, it is now the 18 and it still hasn’t shipped.

First, THE GOOD:
I want to say, after just 1 day, I really like my dual-fuel 3800 POWERSMART generator. It's quiet, easy to use, full of great features, and seems very well constructed.
It powered my solar-based cabin system when I had no sun, charged a myriad of batteries, and did all that under 25% utilization... more on that later.
The BAD:
POWERSMART has no technical support. You call, and get a person (after a long hold) who doesn't have a clue and there is no one to transfer the call to. She was polite and pleasant, but was tasked with supporting a customer without the means to do so. She had no clue what I was even asking about. BIG negative, especially since...
The UGLY:
The manual was better than expected. Had most of the operational things you'd need to know except for a few things, one of which is... Oil
The manual specified oil, but it was VERY poorly specified. They never said to use 4-cycle oil, just a few specs that no salesperson in autoparts or lawn equipment had ever even heard of.
BIGGEST UGLY:
This is why I called for support....
There was NOTHING about how to do break-in. I've never heard of a decent generator that didn't have a baseline procedure for breaking it in. This one should have.
Going by general procedures for other gen sets, I did a one-hour no-load run with non-synthetic 10W30 4-cycle oil (Briggs and Stratton). When I drained it, man... You can't tell me it doesn't need a break-in. The drained oil looked like it had been in for months. Crazy. Am now working on 20 hours at less than 25% draw (which it is handling easily) After that break-in set, I'll switch to FTP synthetic 10W30
ALSO... the oil filler is hard to access and then hard to fill/drain. Be careful taking out the **** holding the door on. Then use the included "funnel" to fill and drain.
Another UGLY... there are no replacement funnels on their website. It is very specific to this machine as it has to be threaded into the oil filler tank to keep from having to hold the unit at a weird, almost upside-down angle to drain and hard use a standard funnel to fill. I wanted a backup.
Yet another UGLY.
If you use propane, be prepared to crank it 40 times or so to get the propane down the hose and into the engine. Thank you, YouTube, or I'd have sent the unit back. Once the pipeline was full, the ginnie restarted with one pull every time

No Tech Supp, BAD, VERY BAD
Basic Unit Operation so far, GOOD, VERY GOOD
Noise Level QUITE GOOD
Manual, VERY GOOD except in spots... oil, break-in, and starting with propane.
Build and design VERY GOOD
Accessory availability, BAD
It's also a pretty nice-looking piece of gear! Kinda heavy, but of course it would need to be for the power and features it offers. So then... finals..
So far, I'm very happy with the unit itself... It's more the company I take issue with. The ginnie has some crazy nice features (like auto switch from propane to gas when the propane runs out... and vice versa. Can run parallel units, has CO2 shut off, USB and 12-volt car-type ports... Just a nice, well-thought-out generator. If the reviews of folks that have had the unit a while that led me to purchase this hold true, I'll be a very happy camper, uh, off-grid cabin owner (if I can get that dern funnel!)
If you get one of these... do the break-in!
