Brought the 21" Gas Lawn Mower. Placed order on Amazon Oct 7th, received on Oct 10th. Easy to put together. Put fuel and oil in it and started right up. It was on sale, less than $200. Didn't get to use it much this season, but will next season. I brought it to mow around trailers at my office, that don't get moved around a lot. It is going to work perfect. I don't like using weed eaters.
shopping and process was great, But the Delivery from FedX was the worst. They would send it out for delivery then cancel and the weather wasn't even the factor just an excuse. Other that that the Machine is Great
I picked up an older 18” electric (AC) PowerSmart snowblower a couple years ago from FB Marketplace. This little snowblower throws snow as far as my large two stage. I use it to clear off our large patio. We got about 6.5” last night and it had no trouble at all with that amount of snow. If this one ever fails, I will buy another PowerSmart.
So far it has been 9 days and my item still has not been shipped. Calling customer service did absolutely no good.
I purchased a Power Smart 24" snow blower, as well as one extra battery. The second time I went to use this pathetically built snowblower, the battery charger failed. I replaced the battery charger. The fourth time I tried to use this item, the lever that engages the auger failed. This awful company does not answer phones. The Voicemail prompt provides options which no one answers the phone and there is no option to leave a message.
I purchased a powersmart 24 inch two stage snow blower and no where can I buy auger flight replacements.
I talked to a certified warranty shop and they said they can only get them if under warranty!! Otherwise I'm out of luck. Would never purchase another one unless they can get me replacement parts for this.

Ordered it one day came the next it’s squealed from the day. I got it. It won’t blow snow and sometimes won’t even move forward. It is garbage. I don’t have any pictures. The thing is garbage. I should get a new Snow Blower get all my money back all my money back and then some for that I had a stroke

I have a two year old Powersmart two stage snowblower 212cc. What a piece of garbage. I’ve had to replace the carburetor twice and the belt once and it’s hardly ever used. Still looks like new but no good if it doesn’t run. My expense to repair at over $200 doing it myself. Never again!!
I bought a Powersmart snow blower from Home Depot earlier this year in 2025 and used it one time. our area got hit with a big snow storm just a couple days ago after Thanksgiving and I did the prep work for the snow blower the day before because I knew it was coming. everything was fine engine started auger was moving. the day the storm came I got the snow blower on and the auger was not moving which immediately got me frustrated.
I have been trying to reach a customer service rep for the past 3 days including today 12/1/25 and I have waited for someone to answer the phone to answer my questions and I have gotten NOTHING! If you are in the market for a snow blower I do not know if Powersmart is for you. also in my area there are only 2 service shops that is Powersmart approved for the warranty and that is even more frustrating because neither shop has answered their phones or emails either.
I purchased a battery operated snowblower about 3 a half year’s ago when I lived in Michigan. The first unit was defective and had to be replaced with the one I have now.
It quit working this year (won’t start). I was able to open the compartment that has the starter and called the company to request a replacement part. I was told they didn’t have that part. I asked them to contact me when it came in but was told that I would have to call them every day to check.
I have given up on this company.
If you want good customer service, I would stay away from powersmart.
I bought this last year. You could not push it through the snow. It did not throw snow. It ran okay. Other than that it would not throw any snow. It was just stuck to the ground. You could not push it as hard as you could to get to even move. Saw a video said the scraper plate was dragging so I took that off as they suggested. They said maybe they might be able to salvage theirs. I took it off. Same thing on worse. It would not move throw snow. You can't even move it and it does not throw any snow out at all. The company said it was a design for us so they won't do nothing about it. I said a design flaw. You should do something about it. They said nope. They can't do nothing about it even though it's under warranty. This is the worst company I've ever had in my life. I will tell anyone never to buy a product of powersmart
do not buy this product. it will only work one season, and they do not support the battery which is the whole cost of the piece of junk. Now I have to pay to dispose of this bad battery and big piece of plastic that is no good. the customer service does not reply through chat. Waited a week then got a rude person telling me they only would support the battery for 6 months. I have several battery operated tools and the batteries have lasted for years. she mentioned were defective last year but, it is still not warrantied.
stay away from the brand unless you just want to throw your money away.
I purchased this lawn blower over the summer and at first, I was incredibly impressed. The power was amazing, and it handled my yard better than any blower I’ve owned before. Unfortunately, after about two to three months of use, the problems started. The batteries would no longer stay in place, and the hose kept falling off, making it really difficult to use.
Since I purchased a two-year warranty, I reached out to the company for support. I have to say, the customer service has been the worst part of this entire experience. It took them over a month just to send me a replacement unit — and when it finally arrived, they didn’t include a battery. How am I supposed to use a blower with no battery?
To make things worse, no one will return my calls or emails now. The representative who originally helped me sent emails that felt condescending and unhelpful.
Overall, I truly loved the blower itself, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I really hope they improve their support because the product deserves better.

I have not used it yet but it appears great in the price. Well built and sturdy, installation was easy and instructions were clear. Only complaint & reason behind 4 star is the shipping issue. Item arrived damaged, not major still do not expect for a new item. One cable is cut, and rubbed, sctrached at few other spots.
