Bought a generator from them. Came all damaged. Called them about it an they just kept giving me run around. Called my credit card co had them back charge powersmart. Then powersmart said cancel chargeback an we will give u $300. After canceling chargeback still no refund an theu are now giving me run around. Stay away from this copany.

I do not appreciate being lied to months ago, saying that my part would be available end of July here it is end of July and I receive an email apologizing for the misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. I was lied to you to shut me up. Rest assured this will not. The mower itself works. The handle is broken. What am I supposed to do with it? This is not a me problem. This is a company problem. I will not waste more money on a mower. Just because you’re ridiculous. Company has discontinued the part. G and I wonder why that is because you knew it was garbage. Refund my money so I can buy a new mower or send me a new mower. Very simple. Or gee pull your head out and bring back the part. How hard is that?
My order was marked as delivered but never received and they haven’t gotten back to me yet I sent emails
I have had a 22" mower for less than one year. When I found a problem I was told to take it to an independent shop for analysis and Powersmart would reimburse me for it. After denying my claim they also reversed their commitment to reimburse me.
If you have a warranty issue with a mower do not bother contacting them, just use it and when it dies buy a respected brand like S###l or H###a.
Will not shop with your company . If you can not stand behind your product then you don't belong in business
Your whole experience is a nightmare, no one responds to emails and wait times are absurd..> regularly over 30 min . Im out 700 for 2 unusable mowers from you and I have been contacting you regularly since delivery; pictures,emails etc
Very slow shipping. Mine was FedEx and delivered 3 days late. I paid extra for the insurance and was a complete waste of money.

Do not buy this brand of lawnmower from this company, especially if you live in Broward County, Fl. There isn't a service center within 100 miles. The engine is from Vietnam and no one will work on it. Used it 3 times before white smoke emerged and engine stalled. Even if you are still under warranty, you have to pay for any repairs and hopefully get reimbursed. Your wait time according to the answering recording is less than five minutes, they say. It's really NO LESS than five minutes, more like an hour and 5 minutes. Personalities of the reps are like the products they sell, poor.
I did a good bit of research and ultimately decided on the powersmart and to order from them directly. The experience was easy and seamless and delivery was prompt.

Do NOT buy any equipment from this company. The worst customer service I have experienced. They ask you 10 times for the same information stating they didn't receive it. Lawn mower worked 3 times before white smoke emerged and stalled and couldn't restart. Oil level was as instructed with the right oil weight. I sent photo after photo, downloaded receipt, model number serial number and they keep saying they need the model number. Worst company to deal with. Wait time, under 5 min. Lmao, how about 20min wait.
I hate the mower. The self propelled goes so fast you have to run to keep up. Taking it to the landfill. It’s brand new used 5 minutes. No one has tried to help
