DONT BUY from power smart we purchased a lawnmower needed. A new filter reached out to the company. They mailed us the wrong filter and they’ve been playing games back-and-forth since we have still never received the correct filter from them therefore the lawnmower is useless to us.

Hello Powersmart, We went through the reviews on your website and found out you are a fraud. You make promises that you never keep. We will inform Home Depot Canada where we bought the Lawnmower of our experience and we will ensure they cut your company from doing business with you. You are a shame to Humanity and Trustworthy civilians! Why promise a 2 Year warranty when you will not honor the agreement. Shame on you and your organization. The Lawnmower was only useful for a season and after that it started smoking. Now you asked us to send it to 1520 km and be responsible for the shipping and parts. So what exactly is the warranty for!
Refrain from purchasing any products manufactured by Power Smart USA, including their snow blowers.
In November 2025, I purchased a brand-new snow blower from Menard. I filled it with fresh oil and gas on the first day and attempted to start it in November 2025. Despite my expectations, the process proved to be extremely challenging and resulted in significant inconvenience.
From November 2025 to May 2026, the customer service provided by Power Smart USA was subpar. I endured long wait times and disconnected calls before finally receiving an answer. The representative advised me to visit their service center in Saint Charles, Illinois, specifically the A & G Service Center. The owner of the center operates a rental business and other ventures.
Over the course of several months, I received no response from the service center. I visited the center and was unable to locate my ticket number for the snow blower. I informed the staff that the snow blower was in the garage and pointed it out to them.
Upon inspection, the representative confirmed the issue and informed me that the invoice would be sent within two to three days. However, the invoice arrived without any explanation regarding the problem or the cost of repairs.
The invoice indicated that the engine had stopped working and gasoline was present in the crank shaft.
Despite contacting the manufacturer and informing them that the snow blower was brand new and had never been used, my claim was denied. I am now required to pay an additional $100.00, and the outcome of the repair remains uncertain.
Therefore, I strongly advise against purchasing any products from Power Smart USA, as they have proven to be unreliable and unsatisfactory.
Customer service is responsive, but cannot correct the faulty part issue. SAFETY WARNING!
Do not use before sure part is working or replaced.

TWO BIG ISSUES
- Waited 40 minutes on the phone for service.
- Controllers on back order since May. No estimated date of arrival. Not under warranty. No known price.
This company is a nightmare teetering on the brink of bankruptcy.

My power smart self-propelled mower arrived in a box I put it together, put oil in. It started it up and it smoked like a mosquito fogger first start every start. I called Walmart Walmart told me to just keep using it. It’ll probably see in and start working and buy a year later the mower is smoking like a furnace and using oil I contacted power smart they had no place in my area for me to send my mower so I had to take it to someplace to repair it in my area and pay for the repairs out of my pocket to find out that the motor is junk, after I picked it up and had to pay the bill out of my own pocket to find out that my unit is total junk. I contacted power smart to let them know they didn’t contacted me and told me they were going to replace the unit in 3 to 5 days ,eight days later I contact power smart and now they’re telling me they had a problem and a glitch in your system and now it’s gonna even be more time to get my replacement and I still have never received the money that they owe me .I can’t wait to get my new junkie piece of **** more so this one I’ll probably be the same problem so if you want to buy these mowers, you better say a good prayer you’re gonna need it. Customer service sucks and so does the product. they say that power smart is out of Illinois, but I’m thinking more like Chinese **** good luck people your gonna need it. I’m 66 years old and never dealt with such a shaky, shabby unprofessional company in my whole life. I would not recommend this product or any of their products to anybody.
Finding the right inverter generator for me was simple with Powersmart and their product line. Messaging and tracking my package in route was a breeze and arrived in perfect shape! Highly recommend and i will be ordering again!

What can I say, easy to order, it shipped quickly and got here just a few days after order placement. Packaged well, everything came intact.
Bought their defective mower online from home depot. Tried to access warranty service, repeatedly provided the information requested from the receipt that home depot gave. They continue to deny the warranty.
Thank you, this mower has been a back saver for me. It has all the power and construction as a commercial power mower. I'm quite happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to perches a quality lawn mower.
