To be fair, I loved the generator for 3 months until it died and lost all compression and I needed service through their "2 year limited warranty".. I'm now on day 5 of trading a single email with their " support" every twenty four hours to try and get help. This morning i got my one daily overnight email asking about the length of a cable that had nothing to do with my generator or my problem. Now to wait the next 24 hours to see what the response will be. I'm beginning to believe the warranty is designed to annoy you to the point of you saying forget it and to eat the loss. I'm still holding faint hope for resolution. I will edit this review
Love this little unit wish I i would have went bigger like the 3500 duel fuel send me one and I will test it out.

I have ordered four generators, two worked, two did not. For the price it is not too bad of a deal. You sort of take a chance on what you will receive.
It's been reliable and handy. We have used it for power outages, lent to friends when their power was out, and it is quiet enough to regular take it tailgating.
Bought it, added oil and gas and it started on the first pull. Very quiet as well. What else can I say?
Your Generator is a great product it's much better Than Perdator Amazon how long it runs on a tak of gas. Also I leave off grid people need to be educated on Generators they all use to big of one's not understanding that they don't need one that big. Witch uses more gas. Thank you for a Great Product

Got one of these, older model the pilot jet on the carb wants to clog. Constantly having to clean and as all portable generators the space is hard to work with.

Great Inverter, Used for Hunting Camp. Running up to 24 hrs a day,7 days a week at times. Great machine.
It showed up both broken and as a different model than ordered. Model ordered didn’t even exist according to company and has been sold through online affiliate vendor. Returned it.

very impressed, after receiving the generator I put gas and oil in it and it started on the second pull. Ran great at the track all night powering my lights and battery charger. All at an excellent price
