Ordered parts that I found listed in the manual that came with the mower, that said the parts fit the mower, parts did not fit the mower. When contacting PowerSmart I could only chat with a bot who does not recognize pictures. So, now I have to return the parts, and I have to PAY to return the parts due to the return policy which states since I bought the parts the MOWER MANUAL SAYS ARE CORRECT but are the wrong parts, the customer will be refunded the amount minus shipping. So I pay to ship to me, pay to ship wrong things back, pay to have maybe right parts shipped to me, may end up paying to ship them back? Won't buy another mower from them.
