The first time I tried to us this snow thrower, the bottom plastic scraper broke off. Also, it doesn't leave a clean path, and while you can control the angle the snow is thrown, you cannot control the distance, this is problematic when trying not to throw snow onto your next door neighbors property. Also, there is no skid plates/guide plates on the front of the unit.

Bought the electric snow blower (Model #DB7517) in March 2024 and didn't get a good chance to try it until 11/06/24. I hooked it up to a good extension cord, followed the manual instructions on how to start it. NOTHING! Looked at the manual again to make sure that I didn't miss something. Tried again. NOTHING! Not even a hum from a motor. I contacted Power Smart on 11/06/2024 and they responded the next day stating that they would get back with me shortly. Today is 11/15/24 and I still haven't heard back from them. A 1 year warrantee came with the snow blower, so that is still good. I contacted them a 2nd time. No response. Can you hear me Now?

For the price, this corded snow blower is a great deal. It's powerful, reliable, and easy to use.
looked exactly like the pictures online. Corded for uninterrupted power, though the cord can sometimes get in the way.
