is pretty quiet and powerful

This generator is perfect for my camper. It is very reasonably priced for its performance. The only thing that keeps it from being a perfect "10", in my opinion, is the running time. It should have had a larger fuel tank, if nothing else, so it would run 8-10 hours at half load. Just my opinion. It's a wonderful little generator.

I haven't really used it yet.. I received it put the oil in and fuel started it to let it run for a few but I'm sure this will work perfect for what I need it for and it is pretty quiet but I also didn't have anything plugged in... Even under a load I think it will be a lot quieter then others but I'd definitely recommend it because you never know when you will need one... I was out of power for 3 days and didnt have a generator or any type of anything to help I'm definitely more prepared now then I have ever been

Had an outage today, ran everything I needed and didn’t even use 25% of its capability. Runs really quiet and so far the electric start has worked flawlessly. No complaints at all and I highly recommend.

Received in good shape. Well packaged and protected. Added oil and fuel, pulled rope smoothly about 12 times to lubricate. Set to choke and hit electric start, hit on 3rd stroke. Set to run and it’s been perfect! Very quiet, as quiet as 2000 watt Champions I own. Handles are sturdy and well balanced to lift. Extended 3rd handle and wheels make it easily mobile. Love it. Will run a bit more and change oil after break in.

Comparing this Powersmart 4800 inverter Gen to Preditor 3500 and Champion 4500 for gas tank size/run time, ability to move/ Weight, noise and price. In my real world test's The Powersmart win's and is THE one you want to RV with ect!

I just bought this mower on 4/15/2023 Called both numbers listed on the manual. Rings forever. No one answers. I'd like a service rep on a product I just bought and used twice in a week. Once back yard, then today front yard. After finishing up and doing a couple of other things. I blew the mower off from grass clippings, removed air filter and dusted off. Then when I went to check the oil level, taking the oil plug holder out, oil started pouring up and out. Replaced oil plug waited and tried again. This shouldn't happen so would like a representative to get back to me. I'll let people know if they do.
