 If your newly arrived gas lawn mower won’t start, please check the following:

1. Check the Oil Level
   Make sure the oil level is correct. Too much or too little oil may prevent the mower from starting. Always verify the level using the dipstick after adding oil.
   
2. Check the Starter Cable
   Ensure the starter cable connector is securely attached and has not come loose.
   
3. Inspect the Spark Plug
   Confirm that the spark plug connection is secure and properly installed.
   
4. Check for Engine Flooding
   Repeated starting attempts may cause excess fuel or oil to flood the engine. Remove the air filter and let the mower sit for about 30 minutes to allow the fuel to evaporate.
   
5. Use the Primer Bulb
   When starting the engine for the first time, press and release the primer bulb three times before pulling the starter cord.
