I ordered 80v 26" mower on Mar 22 because of the wide deck and high power.
When the mower arrived, there was a little bit damage on the cardbord box, not major, but inside, there are damages on the plastic parts and most of all, one wheel, the back on the right side, does not turn. It can only slide when you push the mower forward.
I wrote the customer service and attached pictures. Then I was asked to provide videos. So, I did. To make the long story short, after over 20 emails (shown is the first page of the three pages), they insist they send replacement parts, but I want a new mower that I was paid for, not a refurbished one that I do not know what else are broken. Now I am trying to cancel my order and get my money back. Don't know it will be successful. The company doesn't seem to do what they say "Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your responses." and I am sorry to say that I will not recommend this product.
