In general, and when it’s working, the snowblower is good and I’ve been happy with it. But during the first snowfall, this winter, a $.10 part in the forward propulsion switch broke. I’m having a very, very difficult time communicating with the manufacturer in China. And after three weeks of going back-and-forth and hoping it doesn’t snow again, I was told this $.10 part is out of stock and to reach out to them again in a couple months. This $.10 part renders the entire machine useless until I can get a replacement part. It is a fine machine if you don’t need to use it.
So I would have to give very low marks to the manufacturer for not having this part in stock and for poor communications. Even though they’re doing a lot of business in the United States, they do not have anyone available to talk to or email with during US business hours. That means every response, when I get it, is delayed by 24 hours making the process very slow.
