Got a new powersmart snowblower they replaced it with another snow blower
This new one lasted one month and the drive wheel is now worn out. Must be able to make a drive wheel last more than three snow

Called twice and waited each time for 45 minutes to talk to a part’s person. Finally hung up. Paid good money for your product and have no idea if I can get part’s for it!

I bought two of these when I moved to Florida for the winter. One for the person renting my house and one for my sister down the street. I was not going to be around to plow them out. They only have had to replace a shear pin once on each blower and one nut on the chute.I am very happy with both blowers and would buy again. I bought them at $450 each back then though!
My machine was delivered in a box that was torn, full of holes and haphazardly taped up. It was dropped off by my garage when I wasn't home. Should I have refused delivery? Probably but I needed the machine. The gas tank was dented with paint chipping off and the housing was scratched and bent. Those items I elected to fix myself but there were parts missing most prominently the speed control connection rod. I did finally receive that and installed it today with the idea in mind to at least start the engine. When I went to do that there was no choke lever attached. Now I'm not sure if there aren't other items missing or broken that I can't see. I've had this machine a month and have not yet been able to start it. I've lost faith that I have a reliable snow blower. I have contacted powersmart asking for a reimbursement and to arrange to pick up this machine. I'll update my review if they resolve this issue. Until then order online at your own risk if you live any distance from their distribution center.

Bought one for this season and the impeller for second stage broke. The weld separated from the hub. Guess what not avaible to order online
