I purchased a 24” snowblower and it never worked ane arrived badly damaged. I contacted power smart immediately. It had been two months of back and forth me trying to return the snowblower and PowerSmart saying they will make it right. Power smart at this point refund me! I’ve been using PowerSmart for years but this has been a horrible experience. PowerSmart instead of replying with a generic “we’ll make this right” message or review, make it right refund order # 50057

I received a badly damaged unit that would not start. I immediately reached out to PowerSmart. It has been two months and the still haven’t helped me. They’ve asked me to pay for diagnostics, pay to have the oil and gas drained, and now stopped replying. The unit arrived in a beat up box, delivered upside down. The levers are all broken, the axel is bent and there are dents and scratches throughout. I want a replacement or refund. This unit will not start!

Came right in the nick of time. The day of a storm. Not the best with wet snow but had durability. Easy to put together and ran through a few properties. So far for the price..it'sa go!!
