I was really skeptical in buying this snowblower. Not because of the brand, but more because of the shipping issues I've read about. It seems like the issues stems from the shipper itself (FEDEX). I ordered this through Amazon, and it was delivered by 2 guys from Amazon. Upon accepting the snowblower, I immediately set it up. There were no dings, dents, leaking oil or any other issues. All the parts were accounted for. Put the gas/oil in and she started right up. Now I'm just waiting for the snow to come. Great value for all the features you get, and the cost was a huge plus.
