40V 21'' Single Stage Push Cordless Snow Blower w/ Battery & Charger HB2421A

The snow blower was stolen from my driveway within 20 minutes of being dropped off by Fedex. I was hoping PowerSmart customer service could help with FedEx or at least offer a discount on a replacement.. PowerSmart's only suggestion was to file a police report. Not helpful. I'll be buying a snow blower from someone else now.

The battery only lasted for ten minutes and customer service told me that's expected. Unacceptable.

Junk battery charger makes a noise when you shake it. Probably a **** or something in it and the the blades are plastics I would never bought it if I knew that. Will not work well if the snow is not removed rightaway I fell like I wasted my money

A little undersized but I somewhat planned for and expected that even though I bought an extra battery. It seems to be able to plow right through the snow, even the crusty stuff!
In hindsight, I should have bought the next size up but very pleased with this unit!! And the Price Was Right!!

The batteries are new, I hope I am breaking them as they don’t hold a long charge during run time. The snowblower bogs down when snow is heavy!
