Do Not Buy — Poor Quality and Worse Customer ServiceThis mower is not worth the frustration. The vacuum bag and rear rubber bumper broke shortly after purchase. I submitted photos as requested, but PowerSmart never sent replacement parts.Customer service is extremely poor—over an hour on hold and delayed emails that lead nowhere. The battery also degrades quickly after minimal use, making the mower unreliable.Save yourself the hassle and choose another brand. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
I just used this for the first time. I bought it to replace a gas-powered mower that I was tired of tinkering with after starting problems. The mower is surprisingly powerful and in every way equal to my gas mower in plowing through twigs and branches. It's also very light. If you just want a basic cordless mower without a lot of extra features, this would do the trick. I have 1,100 sq. ft. of turf and I don't think I got close to burning through a single battery. The only downside is that there is a gap at the top of the grass catcher bag that allows grass and dust to blow back onto you.
I'm pleased with this mower. It's not as high-powered as my old gas guzzler but it gets the job done. I can't really plow through thick brush like I used to be able to, which is probably a bad habit anyway.Fully charged, the battery doesn't quite cover my entire 0.25 acre, but that's okay because it forces me to take a water break. I love how lightweight it is and easy to use, making it very maneuverable. The width of the blade is also more narrow than I'm used to, but it makes up for it by being so lightweight. It's also very easy to adjust the height.
I used it a few times and loved it before it completely fell apart. Back flap broke off, side discharge clip broke, handle screw fell off never to be seen again, and the battery won’t stay engaged. Complete lemon and waste of money. Can’t even find replacement parts. I would give it zero stars if I could.
This mower is a true marvel. It's efficient, user-friendly, and the battery life is top-notch. My lawn has never looked better.
